We appreciate providing an elevated, white-glove service for our clientele. The safety of our team members is our utmost concern. We only provide legal and ethical service requests. Upon booking of a requested service and agreed upon duration, we are obliged to pay the team member for their time. Therefore, once a booking time has been confirmed, and payment received, refunds are not possible. In some cases, a credit may be provided for a future service. We appreciate your understanding.
