Inhale grace, exhale peace, & ground in faith. Come as you are. This rooftop gathering is a sacred space to align and strengthen body, spirit, and soul. Through guided breathwork, mindful movement, and prayerful meditation, we enter into stillness, presence, and peace. All are welcome.

We appreciate providing an elevated, white-glove service for our clientele. The safety of our team members is our utmost concern. We only provide legal and ethical service requests. Upon booking of a requested service and agreed upon duration, we are obliged to pay the team member for their time. Therefore, once a booking time has been confirmed, and payment received, refunds are not possible. In some cases, a credit may be provided for a future service. We appreciate your understanding.
